1. About This Site
The Site is informational. Any description of services on it is a general overview and does not constitute an offer, quote, or binding agreement. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract for services. Any paid project work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Oriofy, which takes priority over these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Oriofy name and branding — are owned by Oriofy Tech Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
4. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services including Netlify (hosting and contact form) and Google Fonts. These are operated by their respective companies under their own terms and are outside Oriofy’s control. Oriofy is not responsible for their availability, security, or any data they handle under their own policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oriofy Tech Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
